Terms and Conditions:
Placing your registration:
You may request a reservation for your group's retreat on the Group Registration Form page. Once your Dates and Buildings request has been confirmed, you may pay your deposit. Deposits can be paid by mailing CRC a check, using our payment option on the website or calling in a credit card to our Registrar. Your deposit applies to your total bill.
Full payment is due by the end of your retreat.
Responsibility to pay for the minimum number of people:
You are responsible to pay for the minimum number of guests you have reserved for, regardless of whether or not your group meets that minimum. Minimum occupancies are based on the total number of individual single and double beds in each building. The recommended maximum occupancies are based on each double bed being filled by two people. "Day Use Only" guests are not counted as part of the minimum occupancy. They pay only for their meals (we need to know ahead of time they are coming to have food for them).
Payment is due during your retreat:
We ask that all groups make their final payment during their retreat. We accept checks, cash or credit cards.
Cancellation Policy:
If your group needs to cancel six months or prior to your scheduled retreat date we offer a full refund of your deposit. If you need to cancel less than six months before your retreat we will advertise the facilities you had rented as available again. If another groups rents the facilities that your group had reserved, you are welcome to move your deposit to another retreat. If the facilities remain open during the time you had them reserved then we keep the deposit to help recoup some of our loss.
If the size of your group is much smaller than anticipated, you are able to do a partial cancellation (see next section for more details).
Partial Cancellation Policy:
If your group size is much smaller than you were expecting and you need to cancel one of the lodges you rented you are able to do that. If you are cancelling six months or prior to your retreat you are able to be refunded for that specific building’s deposit amount, or the deposit can be left and applied towards your final payment. If you need to cancel a lodge less than six months before your retreat we will advertise the lodge as available again. If another groups rents the canceled lodge, then the deposit for that lodge will apply to your final payment. If the lodge remains unrented then we will keep the deposit for that specific lodge to help recoup some of our loss.
Certificate of Liability Insurance:
All groups are required to provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance before they arrive for their retreat. Click here if you have any questions.
Your Final Count:
Please call or email us seven days prior to your retreat to notify us of your final count for each meal (including day use meals).
Items to bring:
Sleeping bag or warm bedding, pillows, towels, rainwear, and a flashlight.
A few additional notes:
NO animals; there is a $300 minimum fine
NO alcohol (except Communion Wine)
NO Eastern Meditative/Exercise Practices (i.e. Yoga, Tai Chi, Taize, Reiki, etc.)
NO fireworks
NO illegal or recreational drugs (including marijuana)
NO guns without permission
